How much have you saved on gasoline for the last 6 weeks, or so, compared to what you would have spent when it was $3.50/gallon?
Me, about $200 so far.

My wife and myself? Â About $60/month. Â We drive a total of about 13,000 miles per year.

I've saved very little, because, you know ... Smart car. Already nice and cheap.

Man, I drive in Houston traffic. Â It's legendarily dangerous, given that is is typically 80 mph and bumper-to-bumper. The major cities from Texas and surrounding states send their EMT drivers here for the advanced training, because once you can drive an ambulance through Houston rush hour you can handle anything. Â
And I do just fine.
Although if you mean snow and ice, there I can't say. Â Haven't driven this thing on snow and ice yet. Â As light as it is there probably would not be very much traction, I guess.
