I don't. I figured I lived through 4.5 months of living in Mexico, I can make it through a low-A/B grade.
My wife just found out my favorite local sushi place has an A- grade. So I made this for her.

Just figure: "what grade would MY kitchen get" and use that as your reference.

Gordo and I, and possibly Cake on occasion(?), used to eat at a Chinese buffet that ended up getting the death penalty for restaurants.
I'm pretty sure we ate stuff there we shouldn't have...
One memorable moment for us there was hearing a rat in the ceiling above us while we were both taking a bite. We kept eating, but I'm not sure we went back.

My ex-wife and I went to a Chinese place for our anniversary about six or seven years ago and we both got food poisoning from the crab Rangoon. (We deduced it was that because we had out daughter with us and that's the only thing we both ate that she didn't eat)
Ugh, it was miserable. I never went back to that place and I only started eating crab Rangoon again about a year ago.
