The only time I use one is when I'm on the road or my wife is at the lake.

Otherwise, she is my alarm clock on weekdays, and my kids are my alarm clock on weekends.

Every day, even weekends, because otherwise I'll sleep all day and go to bed even later and Monday will suck that much worse.

I have three alarm clocks by the bed, but I only use the newest one which is one of those sunrise alarms with the light.  It's really good.  But I also have audio from my computer feeding into the bedroom which has a plethora of scheduled tasks that start playing music quietly and slowly raising the volume and in the end yelling loudly at me to get my ass out of bed.

Haven't needed an alarm clock since we got kids. Only use it when I need to get up before crack of dawn for a flight or something.

I use my phone alarm clock. It goes off maybe 10% of the time, I am usually already awake.
