I grew up in a poor home in a small town.  After high school I didn't want to acrue a bunch of debt with student loans, so I joined the military and invested in the G.I. Bill.  After my honorable discharge four years later I attended a local community college and learned marketable skills, which I used to gain meaningful employment in the IT industry.  I have no student loan debt, and I pay the bills to have a modest home for my wife and child, in a house with a mortgage that is not underwater.  If 1% of the population are rich, and I am part of the 98% of people who are getting it done, then you "Occupy" people are the stupid, ignorant, short-sighted, lazy, whining, bottom 1% that the rest of us just barely tolerate.
