Ok, ignore for this discussion the fact that it's required by the Constitution (I mean, they ignore the REST of the Consitution, but that's another thread...)

We've all heard of these interview questions, like how many gas stations are there in Little Rock, or how many piano tuners in Portland, etc. Also, given the amount of data that's collected and mined, seems like Google or some other tech company could probably figure out, with very good accuracy, how many people live in the US.

What do you think?

I think it would be smart to use technology to solve problems, instead of throwing more and more manpower at it as our government usually does.

Constitutionally, by the way, this would be no problem at all. Congress gets to pick how it's done:
