Have been receiving information from some of the people I buy material from. Looking into if I should be certified or not. Reading some of the material I found this.
How will this be enforced?
Although the EPA will do the actual enforcement for the rule, homeowners and competing contractors will provide the bulk of the enforcement information.
So I look at it as. I bid a job and get it. The other contractor gets pissed that I have the job. He makes a call and I end up having to deal with the EPA. This was pretty much a WTF moment. Even if I am certified I will still have do deal with a bunch of shit I would guess.
