Power Rangers are in the same genre as He-Man: Toys designed exclusively to be marketed via TV shows. They have no soul. They can do whatever they want to them. No chance of ruining something that was never good. Here's the plot, I guarantee it: Bad guys get beat up early, they power up and beat down good guys, all looks lost, enter deus ex machina and the good guys win.
