< Here >.  I have some fond memories of playing co-op in this game against some of the most superhumanly jacked-up AI bots in existence.

Red Faction was the FPS that was the "first to allow for destructible environments"?

If so, yawn.

That game sucked donkey dick. The "destructible environments" turned out to only be key spots where the designers wanted you to blow up the wall, floor, etc.

A very boring and forgettable FPS.

Although, I didn't ever try the co-op. Co-op makes everything more fun. Serious Sam 2, which also sucked donkey dick, was a blast to play co-op even with all the bugs.

yeah it was a blast until one of the "bugs" which was the inability to make a private server allowed any dickhead on the internet to join the game you're playing with your friends and grief the shit out of you.

I've hated Croateam more than any other game company ever since SS2.

I don't hate them.

I do pity them. They had a seriously respected franchise and they pissed it away through ignorance and laziness.

It was the designated Croateam suckass on their official tech support forums that made me hate them.  Every time someone would complain about a bug not getting fixed, the suckass moderator would start flaming whoever was complaining with the equivalent of "Well, it's still better than any game YOU ever made so shut up."

Basically, their PR department made me hate them.  bad move on their part.

Ah, in that case, I see your point.

I've never understood the PR tactic in which you spit on your customers.
