Usually sells for $20 on their site or steam but until the 15th you can pay whatever you want. It is worth playing. Not something that you sit down and game for hours with but a diversion along the lines a free cell or minesweeper except much cooler. < Crayon Physics Deluxe > < from Petri Purho > on Vimeo. I had a lot of fun with this one awhile back. And you can make your own levels to share with others or play theirs, as well. Most are crap, but some are good.Lot of fun little tricks can be done in this game. Posted by WSGrundy on Jan. 07 2010,21:44
I loved trying to make the most complicated solution to the problem that I could.

Oh! And be sure to go look at highest rated solutions others have done for the levels. Some of the machines people build in this game are amazing. I liked to make random walkers, basically a small sphere with a handful of long straight legs, and when it spins it stumbles around drunkenly. Tweak the leg lengths and you can get them to stumble the right way. I had one that took about three minutes to stumble it's way up a flight of stairs (falling down and getting up again several times) and when it came within a couple of millimeters of the star it finally tipped over backwards and ran off down the stairs and into the void. Looked a little like I would expect Malcolm looks like trying to get into his front door late on a Saturday night. Funny stuff. Posted by Cakedaddy on Jan. 07 2010,22:32
I felt cheap buying it for $3. But, I had $1 in there initially. But I'm just not in the market for yet ANOTHER game! So, $3 was my max right now. On the other hand, I did just buy it as a gift for someone at $10. So, there's that.

Oops! My last post I was getting a different game confused with this one.< Fantastic Contraption > is an online game that is excellent. Much better even than Crayon Physics, IMO. And users can make and share levels and solutions. Here's the drunken stumble thing I was talking about: < http://fantasticcontraption.com/design?designId=1535036 > Posted by Malcolm on Jan. 08 2010,23:57
