If only there was some other source of oil that wasn't under that 9.9% california tax.

At what point are they going to realize that they have to stop paying people to contribute nothing to society?It boggles the mind that not only do these politicians understand the concept of not spending more than you earn, but neither do the millions of people who vote for them.
