I get the feeling that it took a few of my responses the wrong way. Were a few cases when it says "The only responsibility of blah blah is to ..." & I disagreed cos I'm not willing to enforce that single thing, let alone more than one.

I appear to be a less extreme version of ... me. I think the main difference is how I interpreted some of the questions. About a third of them really don't have an answer because of how they are worded. I would often either agree with the conclusion but strongly disagree with the premise, or vice versa.
