He absolutely should have, but at the same time, too many states have laws that fuck over guys who aren't the father. How about the bullshit laws where a wife cheats and gets knocked up, then the husband raises the kid, finally finds out, and is STILL forced to support the kid. If he wants to, fine and great. However, if he wants to walk away he should be able to do so. |
