1500 were given out at comic cons in NYC to Marty lookalikes. The others are reportedly getting sold on Amazon on 21-Oct. I can't find any product entry yet. It's that time of year when I get some Wednesday off, so I'll be using one next week.

I was an RC man until Pepsi with sugar came out..... except I will only buy the Pepsi when it is on sale at Walmart for $3/12 pack. I stock up during sale week. If I am out of cola, and need cola, and the Pepsi isn't on sale, I still get RC.I refuse to spend more than $3.33 on a 12-pack of sugar water. That's been the RC price at Walmart for at least 8 years.

Woohoo. Snagged one for relatively cheap. I saw the new ones in boxes going for upwards of $450. Got mine for 2/3rds of that with free shipping to boot. Hell, I think I'll let my cheapo bids ride in the other 4 auctions and resell on the off chance I win. Anyone want a piece of the action if that occurs? I remember catt selling Wiis back in the day. This ain't much different.EDIT: So I paid, and read the fine print in the listing. Looks like he could theoretically cancel the order because I don't have a buy history 10 items deep.

I hope you can indeed resell it. What Catt did was only slightly risky, and if he never found a buyer for his marked up Wiis at least he had a Wii. There's some real value there.

Soon as I get the extra(s), I'm going to throw them up with a "buy it now" option. If there's nothing immediate, I'll hang on to it until the holidays and see what I get. The limited numbers is the only thing contributing to the value. If those bastards release a half million tomorrow, I'm fucked.EDIT: If have to take a decent hit on them, I'll bank them and take a small vacation to the next place Christopher Lloyd is doing a personal appearance so I can boost the value with a sig. There has been a small price spike, but some fucking wholesaler is bleeding them out about $50 too much for my margins. Maybe I can get a bitcoin for one when those drop again.
