I'm glad you mentioned BBQ. This may start a war, but all these trips to SC have exposed me to some offerings there. I am not a fan of vinegar based sauces. Vinegar is good for marinading, not for sticking to meat at the later stages (or after) of the cooking process. Posted by GORDON on May 25 2015,20:12

Man, fucking Austin. They didn't have the best BBQ in the state, but they had the largest concentration of good-enough-to-eat BBQ in the state for a metropolitan city. Now there won't be a damn thing left of any value inside the city limits.
