School in South Carolina tells kid to take American flag off his truck.< Community responds forcing the school to completely back down. >

Looks like the school kind of had a point and the blowback was pretty much for the wrong reason. The school said the flag was a driving hazard, it had nothing to do with being offensive.

I've never had a problem with not being able to see past the bed of a truck. Using that logic, the bed campers should be prohibited as well.School should leave it to the police and highway folks to decide what's a road hazard. Hell, most schools aren't doing what their responsible for very well. Let's have them focus more on the education part.

With a good tailwind and slow speed through a parking lot I could see those flags wrapping around the side windows, and possibly the windshield.
