Ever since Domino's dropped their carryout price, I've noticed the crowds thinning at LC's.

My experience is that whenever anything is wrapped in bacon, the taste of it gets completely smothered by the bacon taste. Bacon is good but if I want to taste bacon I don't need to wrap it around something else.

My current fave is a local chain, Vito's. Great thin crust mexican pizza, and excellent flatbread sandwiches.

Go to Mike's Southwest Grill in Lambertville and order the Jalepeno popper appetizer. Giant jalapenos wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cream cheese and chicken. Best I've ever had, and you'll taste all the layers of flavor they get into it. They make a decent burger there too. Jets is meh. Vito's is meh too. It's better than Little Caesar's. I make my own pizza, so I honestly don't love ANY fast food pizza place that much. Each has their own pros and cons. I would be all about making my own pizza, including learning how to toss the dough (NOT a sexual euphemism), if I had a pizza oven. It just isn't the same in a regular oven.
