Why is a bullet to the back of the head when they're not expecting it less humane than a needle?Tell them they're being execute in a week, and then that night while they're sleeping, sneak in a one shot them. Back in the day when a firing squad needed to consist of human beings, I can sort of see the issue. They could all decide to be assholes and aim for someone's balls. However, we have drones that can launch missiles from thousands of feet in the air and hit targets on the ground. I think a fifty foot headshot wouldn't be an issue, particularly if the prisoner is doped up beforehand.
