You don't need guns anymore. They just kill people. The cops are there to protect you ... using guns. Where was her personal bodyguard the police assign to everyone so you don't need to watch out for your own well being? Dude should be fired.

I bet his victims didn't show up at the hospital in the best of health, either. In any event, doubt it'll make him think twice about doing this again when/if he gets out.
