School suspends students who brought in nerf guns after being directed to by the teacher.They even suspended the kids who merely saw the nerf guns.

Translation: can you imagine how it would look if we suspended a black kid for bringing a real gun to school, and it got out that we let white kids get away with bringing a nerf gun?
