Punishing him for sleeping around on his wife - which according to the Polk quote they mostly are - is completely inappropriate. The government has no call to police his private behavior in the bedroom. Polk should be ashamed of himself for thinking that's the right thing for a governmental entity to do.But the sleeping with subordinates and other women he works with, that's defiantly punishment-worthy. I'm not defending the guy in general. I just hate that they had to go and stress exactly all the wrong reasons for going after him. |
