These were just from this morning's front page of Yahoo. How many links do you think we'd have if we tracked this sort of crime for a year?

Good luck to those of you with sons.  :D

Seems lately it is the moms you have to look out for.

It'd be interesting to see the number of incidents per family member. For example, who kills their immediate family more, mom or dad?

I think I'd guess that dad would be the most likely to hurt a family member, mom in second, followed by son, then daughter.

It'd also be interesting who they're most likely to hurt. I think dad would hurt mom, but mom would be more likely to hurt the kids. Totally guessing, but it does seem like that.

I read a while back that mothers are the cause of the most child abuse, it just never gets reported because kids are more afraid of getting mommy in trouble "And then I wont be with you any more, and you dont want that, do you?"

Man, in our area there were like 5 years in a row of "mom's been killed, very young children left without mom" incidents... I think 2 dads have been found guilty, one was not guilty, and the others haven't been tried yet.

Yeah but I heard that mothers in NC were most likely to be insufferable bitches.

I did not expect this: < Intimate partner homicide statistics. >

# of women killed, basically steady, then slight decline in the abortion-adult years.

# of men just declining every year.
