Apparently, Minnesota state taxes are already pretty high and the governor wants to raise taxes, particularly on the wealthiest citizens?Question: What would stop these people, who obviously have the means, from simply moving out of your state? Lots of parks and rest stops are shut down for the 4th, though. And the zoo. And a shitload of fireworks displays. |
