My wife has a video production business, so she has a high-end PC (she never got on the Mac bandwagon b/c she's also a miser) and 3 nice monitors.I work at a cutting-edge software shop, so we're all using nice Macbooks and have Thunderbolt monitors on our standup desks. Guess I won't be getting it. He sent this note today:"Please verify your laptop is MacBook Pro Retina is Late 2013 or newer. If not, it will only drive the 4K monitor at 30 Hz and you will hate it." Mine is Mid 2012 :\ Posted by Malcolm on Oct. 03 2014,18:16
