So Angelina Jolie had her boobs cut off because she found out she had a gene for breast cancer that gave her something like a 95% probability of contracting it.I think I have to disagree with her decision. Since this is a primarily male population here, if you found out you had a gene for, say, prostate cancer, and there was a 95% chance you would get it, would you have it removed? I had a hard time thinking of a male analogue to a chick's boobs, not just in a physical, secondary-sex-characteristic sense, but also in a "chicks have a lot of hangups about their boobs" sense. I was a little shocked by this one, but the wife said she sympathized. I dunno...I am not 100% sure I believe in the genetic theory of cancer. Sure, there are some diseases that are genetic, but the ones with high incidences are caused by alleles that, when you only have one copy, confer some advantage. See sickle cell and Tay-Sachs.I have also read some stuff about how cutting out carbs, especially sugar, will help fight tumors. So I think I'd take my chances here. Prostates and boobs are way different.At Angelina's age they are probably sagging and need work done anyway. Since her career depends on nice breasts, getting new ones kills two birds with one stone. As for the prostate, I might as well use it until it tries to kill me, then kill it. Hopefully by then I wouldn't need a boner nearly as often. She just wanted an excuse to get a boob job. Not that she needed an excuse. Chicks do it all the time. But at least now she can say, "I NEEDED mine. I have the cancer gene." If she just went out and got a boob job, Jen Aniston would be able to say "LOL you had to get a boob job! Mine are still real OWNED!" She got a boob job and now the magazines are sucking her fake tit "Oh poor angie".
