Not raw and not burnt should be on there. Beyond that, I've never noticed a difference. It was bacon.

I consider "crispy" to be burnt, so you want the middle option.

I LOVE crispy bacon, but sometimes I love non-crispy bacon... it all depends on my mood.

Thick cut and meaty. I don't like clear bacon. A lot of bacon has too much fat.I'd rather have it overcooked than undercooked. Posted by thibodeaux on Mar. 13 2012,16:24

Crispy, for certain, but it is best when it has just turned the corner into Crispyville not when it's camped out way over in Burnt Alley.
