Seems like whenever there's a high-profile murder, the killer is known by all 3 names:Lee Harvey Oswald James Earl Ray Mark David Chapman John Wayne Gacey etc. and now this guy in Norway. You think the press do this to prevent "Michael Bolton syndrome?" Posted by Leisher on Aug. 02 2011,05:36
