Yeah, read about that today. I still say it's a massive ploy by the North to convince the South to shell the fuck out of them so the remnants can be sold for scrap, tripling the GNP.

A 150 point drop? Meh, whatever.

That's like $150 billion.

(TheCatt @ Nov. 23 2010,13:01) QUOTE That's like $150 billion. If 150 = $150 billion, then there's still trillions left. Posted by GORDON on Nov. 25 2010,08:03
I'm curious about how many times North Korea has to bomb a village full of civilians before they are stomped completely, and utterly. The answer is obviously greater than 1. Posted by unkbill on Nov. 25 2010,09:31
The hell with war. Wish we would just nuke the little bastard and his son. Give our soldiers a break.

QUOTE I'm curious about how many times North Korea has to bomb a village full of civilians before they are stomped completely, and utterly. What's "stomped?" Blowing the fuck out of them, that's the easy part. Stabilizing the region, even with assistance from the South would be a pain in the ass. QUOTE I could see the Nork army shooting anyone trying to leave the city. I've got no doubt they would. Posted by TPRJones on Nov. 26 2010,12:46
(Malcolm @ Nov. 26 2010,11:02) QUOTE Stabilizing the region, even with assistance from the South would be a pain in the ass. If the stories of chronic food shortages and whatnot are true, they'd probably be better off if the government were stomped regardless of if anyone was willing to stabilize afterwards or not. Leaving power vacuums is a good way to make sure somebody else takes said power. Chances are that person is an asshole and will become a problem later on. Unless the general populous can strike dread into the government, shit pretty much always goes bad. Posted by TheCatt on Nov. 27 2010,06:50
