Jakarta is an eco disaster waiting to happen, They relly have to get a handle on car pollution. 14 million people, 1500 new motorcycles, 500 new cars a day hitting the streets. Mass transit sucks.
The white paint on the roads is a waste of material
At 125 kgs I am the biggest strongest MF in the land. Some women dig it. Most children stare at me like someone told them they ea children in America.
170 large malls in the city
Strange to me I can walk out of this nice apartment complex enter a slum immediately, cross the street into the mall and shop at Ralph Lorens.
The apartment was built by chinese. No floors with the number 4(4,14,24) No 13th floor but there are three 28s.(28,28a,28b)
Chinese stink. I have a feeling they don't bath. Even the ones with suit and ties.
Have two large pools here. I won't enter the hottub because I think the ones that do bath do there. Water looks like mud and smells like dirty socks.
It fudging hot here. 77 for the low and 90 to 94 in the evening.
Hit me today the drive right pass left. Wrong lane drivers. I can't see how it would be more efficient than our way.
Took a taxi 5 miles the other night. Took almost 2 hours. Calculated I probably could have walked home faster.
Would be in jail for road rage it I had to drive in this shit.

More eco disaster. They are all litterbugs. You see ditches and streams clogged with plastic. Being you don't drink from any faucet here you drink alot from plastic bottles and cups.
Alot of ditches in rural areas here the the city are cess pools. My father in laws septic tank overflow is piped into the ditch in front of the house. Of course it is probably clean his house has flooded 3 times this year. His tank lid is in the middle of the kitchen floor. I'm sure it has a great water tight seal.
I was offered a construction job from a family member. Pays 85,000 rupiah a day. That would be $8.50. If the wife got a job we could actually live here. Not well but survive.
Veggies are for the rich. We didn't even buy to many.
Corn on the cob $1.25 each, Califlower $8.00, canned corn $3.00, most canned veggies $2.50 up. Beer(cheap beer like Strohs, Goebels) $1.30 a can. That is at the supermarket. Heinikines $1.60 a can, Carlsberg $1.50.
Everyone in government is corrupt here. THey are investigating the agency set up to fight graft. Mostly they have just dismissed the cases against themselves.
The tax man they did convict for embeziling $20 million. A reporter just caught him at a tennis match. He had paid off the jailer $5,000 for each visit out. Why did they let him keep the money? WTF.
