Have been receiving information from some of the people I buy material from. Looking into if I should be certified or not. Reading some of the material I found this.How will this be enforced? Although the EPA will do the actual enforcement for the rule, homeowners and competing contractors will provide the bulk of the enforcement information. So I look at it as. I bid a job and get it. The other contractor gets pissed that I have the job. He makes a call and I end up having to deal with the EPA. This was pretty much a WTF moment. Even if I am certified I will still have do deal with a bunch of shit I would guess. |
