I was conned into watching this by watching it's trailer on another movie that was pretty good. I think it was "Stateside". Anyway, I got this one and watched it.
Ummm. Gross. Not in a disgusting kind of way. Just, it was dumb. Started out WWWAAAAYYYY too sappy. Then they tried to teach the kid that life wasn't all that bad cause other people had it worse. I mean, come on. This was like an after school special on steroids. Don't bother.
My dad is gay, and that sucks. But, my friend's dad beats the shit out of his mom, and that sucks more. I guess I do love my dad and everything will be ok.
Oh, bonus, the hot girl in school's dad is gay too. And her dad is friends with my dad. So I scored the hot chick in school out of the deal.
