Review: There were a couplepeople in here I knew I'd seen before but couldn't put my finger on. The second guy has a distinct K-Mart Michael Warner vibe going.
There's this brain dead kid in the vegetable ward who's attended by a doc that enjoys performing various kinds of torture/experiments on him. While there's more to it than that, it's about the most I can say without spoiling anything. After the initial scare, the build up is a little slow, but overall ... not a bad flick.
Verdict: Worth checking out.
