I've been hearing this a lot, and I have a few questions that I haven't seen answered:

1. Who got snubbed? What actor, actress, or director got snubbed that should have been nominated this year?

2. What's the long term solution? Since it's impossible to both always nominate a black person for each category AND declare the nominations to be based on merit, what is a solution that makes everyone happy?

I've heard mostly jeers for that film.

Can you nominate someone for a film that was critical of football where the NFL was a part of the creative process (really)?

I would have allowed an argument for Michael B. Jordan in Creed.

Does she know that black people are only around 13% of the population? Hispanic people are 20-30%. Whitey is the vast majority of the rest.
