Ok, if that's chronologically last, how many more celebs get to be in Homer's coma fantasy because they were born before he goes under? His brain seems to have access to decades of celebrities even though his oldest child is limiting that to a particular ten-year time frame.

He was only in the coma for six months and then died. Since then the show has been about Homer in purgatory.
This is why the kids never grow up. They aren't his kids, they are demons sent to persecute him.

Demons wouldn't be hanging in purgatory. Â That'd make it hell. Â If it's hell, it's a rather tame version of it. Â It wouldn't start to get repetitive for a few thousand years, given the simplicity of Homer's needs. Â For the record, purgatory has always seemed like a total cheat of a metaphysical state to me.
