I wonder if their executives actually read their surveys.
I just filled one out for them and explained how their entire business model was doomed.
I also said: -Their trade in values are a bit low. -Their pre-played game prices are high -Their alienation of PC gamers is stupid and will come back to bite them in the ass. -Their staff shouldn't just know the products, but be passionate about gaming. -All their stores were disorganized chaos in terms of how they and their products are laid out.
I bet you that I don't win the PS3...

There trade in values are such a ripoff and that keeps me from buying used from them because I know how much they are paying for games.
You also need to tell them that "If I want to preorder a fucking game then I will ask about it myself." I don't need to be told about every preorder the second I walk into the store and if I am going to preorder it is going to be a game that has a solid release date and not for GTA 5 or the next Zelda.

Amazon marketplace is MUCH better.
1. Amazon will refund your money and go after the seller if they scam you. 2. I've purchased... approximately 100 items through amazon marketplace. Only once did the seller cancel the order, and have never been scammed. 3. On Amazon Marketplace, every seller of an item is competing against every other seller of that item, so they are always trying to mark their item cheaper than everyone elses.

I never pre-order. I used to, but now before I would I'd want some sort of written guarantee from the publisher that the final product will not contain SecureROM or any other rediculous bullshit.
I don't trust any of those fuckers anymore.

I pre-ordered the WoW xpac.
It was my first preorder ever.
It went smoothly. But I don't see the point in preordering single-player games.

I have pre-ordered. Either to guarantee something when I know it's going to be a huge seller (Wii Fit) or because you get something pretty cool for pre-ordering.
In fact, I pre-ordered Far Cry 2 from Best Buy and recently went in to get my money back because of the inclusion of SecureRom. They did give it back.
