The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Got this game in January I think, but didn't start playing it until a couple weeks ago.
My 4 year old daughter loves it, and asks me to play it all the time. Niiiiiiiiiice.
My biggest complaint is that the view angle is automatic instead of manual. I keep jumping into lava or off cliffs because of it.
Due to the imprecise nature of the controller (shaking it to slash) they made the fight scenes a bit to easy. Timing isn't all that important.
Other than that, I really enjoy the game.
You start off as whatever name you pick, then your true identity is revealed.
Whoop... gotta go now. The school just called and my daughter has been vomiting so I have to get her.

Anyway, you start as whatever name you pick and they you find out that you are (the incarnation of?) Link.
A darkness (Twilight) has taken over much of the land and you have to re-empower several protective spirits to dispel the darkness.
In the Twilight Link is forced to take the form of a wolf. Once you're in wolf form you are stuck that way until you free a protective spirit, who then returns you to your human form.
As a wolf you can't use the items that Link carries with him, but you do get a heightened animal sense, and a lot of the time a child-like spirit from the Twilight world rides you around like a horse and helps you out.
There's a lot you can miss in the game. For example, the bugs. Bugs are tiny white dots that are hard to see. You're supposed to collect them for some reason, but that reason hasn't been revealed to me yet.
You can also go fishing. Evidently you're supposed to collect one of each type of fish. I don't know why yet. If you release a fish though, you get a heart.
You can also ride a horse. The horse is useful for moving great distances quickly, but there are at least a couple other warp options as well.
I've also had battles on the horse, which is kind of neat.
Anyway, it's a good game and I'm enjoying it so far. I think the game would be more enjoyable with a traditional controller because then they could make it more challenging. But it's till fun to swing the controller around like a sword.
Oh... I thought of another complaint. Your wallet can only hold 300 rupees. I'm pretty much maxed out all the time, and haven't found much to buy (I only have two jars to hold stuff) so most of the rupees I encounter are meaningless.
Earlier today I had 266 rupees and found one worth 50, so I couldn't pick it up because then I'd exceed my 300 limit. Doh!

Yeah, I guess having a cheerleader helps things. Cuz on my own, the game was just boring crap.
I quit once I did the monkey thing.
