Not sure when I got this, but I tried it out tonight after our last X-Mas party ended late.
This isn't a game. It's an interactive story. You can get through the entire "game" in about 10 minutes.
It's very interesting. More a work of art than any sort of game. It gets educational at one point for no reason, and even more educational during the commentary if you choose to go through the game with it on.
If you see it for a buck or less and are interested, grab it. Don't spend more than that.

I have not played Elevator Action, and it's nothing like Leisure Suit Larry.
Picture the blockiness of the original Doom + Quentin Tarrantino storytelling + abstract art + a little education on flight and game design.
