Why? Well, turns out B. Rock's speeches actually garner lower ratings than the other, more entertaining alternatives on when he's offering more meaningless platitudes to the general populous. Fox has crushed, & I mean crushed, the other networks during the past two speeches.
Course, they're showing it on their other newsy/politicaly channels.
