From here. Things this dude has done:
1) kidnapping a minor
2) torturing said minor
3) murdering said minor
4) kiddie porn later on in life
Since #1-3 happened when he was 10, the government gave him a new identity to tune of six figures, which he promptly pissed away by doing #4 at the ripe, old age of 27. He's getting out on parole now, at the even riper, older age of 30. I'm sure he's learned his lesson.
