A restaurant whose waitresses wear tied up half shirts and kilts is being sued for discrimination!
I know, shocking right?
Article.
I find it funny that this is national news. Put hot women in any situation with men and there will be flirting. Granted, these guys went a bit over the line of normal flirting, but sexual harassment always seems to be determined by if the girl finds the guy attractive or not.
There should be a line between sexual harassment and flirting, but I think our current lines are a bit too gray. (Again, maybe not in this case...)

Well, it was the manager(s) who did it, not people visiting the bar. So yeah, lawsuit.

Like I said, in this case I get it, but USC or UCLA did a study I've mentioned before where they took women of all creeds, colors, and ages and put them into a fake office environment, only they didn't know it was fake.
They then had different male managers "harass" the women in the same way.
The ugly, older managers were always reported.
The younger, handsome manager were almost never reported.
At what point does harassment end, and human nature begin? Where does the line get drawn?
Again, not defending the guys in this case, but it's a very interesting subject. Many times the harassment seems to be based on the perception of the victim, and despite society as a whole thinking she's full of shit, she wins. (Guy/Company get sued...early 90s?...because he had a GQ magazine in his desk drawer. She snooped into his desk, saw the cover only, was offended, sued, won. Bullshit.)

I've always heard from those crappy HR meetings "never make comments about people's body and clothes." Right, sure.
The other day I was walking down the hall and this girl I've never talked to before stops me and says "Hey." I'm like "Hey" She says "I've been meaning to stop you and tell you this for a while, but I really like your hair."
Uh... thanks?
