Miss teen charged with hate crime.
You probably have seen the video of this attack where the white teen runs over the injured black guy.
Him being charged with a hate crime was expected, but it made me think to myself, "Have I ever heard of a black person being charged with a hate crime?"
That led to a Google search, which helped me find this interesting article.
