When people suggest all criminals are not white, or people commit crimes/loot because they are poor, I am usually amused at how casually insulting they are being toward black people and poor people who don't commit crimes and loot simply because it is wrong to do so.
That is the most prevalent form of casual bigotry in this country, and it aint centered in the south.
The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world, with one out of every 32 Americans locked up or on probation or parole at any given time. But some lawmakers think that's not quite harsh enough.
I'll grant that, but most of them aren't locked up due to being convicted FELONS.
