Doubt if anyone here has to deal with an antenna but here goes. I haven't screwed around with my outside antenna hook up yet. So on my TVs I have rabbit ears that work well enough. The strange thing I have noticed is that I live within 60-70 yards of a RR track. The trains going eastbound do nothing. But the westbound trains put my TVs offline for several minutes. Just was wondering what the hell does an electric diesal locamotive or all that steel on the rails have to do with my tv signals. Just another strange happening in the neighborhood.

I just figured it out...

West bound trains are triggering the crossing signals not far from your house, on Wildacre Road, I bet.  There's a good chance that trigger might be a wireless signal and it is screwing up your tv reception.

East bound trains are triggering the crossing signal waaaaaay west of your house.
