Seems like whenever there's a high-profile murder, the killer is known by all 3 names:
Lee Harvey Oswald
James Earl Ray
Mark David Chapman
John Wayne Gacey
etc.
and now this guy in Norway. You think the press do this to prevent "Michael Bolton syndrome?"
