Obama flew to town to reassure everyone he is creating jobs just as fast and hard as he can. Of course, to do this, he had to shut down air and road traffic, and use super expensive aircraft, etc. But at least he's creating jobs.

In other news, don't forget next month to celebrate the date when we got rid of our King.

He recently flew here and stood in the Jeep plant to let everyone know that he's the reason they're doing so well. Not making that up. The Toledo Blade, which is very left leaning, actually had in their headline that he claimed responsibility for Chrysler's recovery.

It must be nice to have your candidate come into your office and tell your that efforts don't mean shit without him.

I'm almost nostalgic for the days of Julius Caesar, when your overlords explicitly let you know that you were firmly underfoot.

It still irritates me that GM was bailed out.  Well-run companies didn't need a bailout.  Ford is still outselling GM.  The government took tax money from Ford and gave it to their biggest competitor.  That's far.

But hey, it's not like anyone would have filled the vacuum with a better product if bloated GM went under and took the UAW with them, so you know.  Fuck me.
