Last night I did some googling trying to find the specs/diagram of a blood lancer pen so I could see how to reassemble one that had been taken apart. Straight googling.
Today I just hit amazon, and under the recommendations on the front page are all kinds of lancers, diabetic testing supplies, etc.
To my knowledge I did not hit any amazon links in the google results, but I guess it's possible.
