You know, the song just came up in random on Winamp... I think Def Leppard's intention was to use Ronald Reagan in voiceover of weapons and combat to cast him in a bad light.  I think.

Has the opposite effect on me.  Gets me pumped up and wanting to go to war for Emperor Reagan.
